Sherwood & Associates successful with Failte Ireland E.U. Tender to be part of an International panel of Destination Development Facilitators.
In August 2011 Failte Ireland tendered for companies who could provide a range of Destination Development Services. Fáilte Ireland required a range services to work up detailed destination plans using a wide range of techniques and following agreement of plans to assist with their implementation and monitoring. The assignments will be potentiall split into a number of stages:
- Stage 1 – Stakeholder consultation and work-shopping
- Stage 2 – Initiation and development of 3-year Destination Development Plan & Development of annual operational plans
- Stage 3 – Destination Implementation
- Stage 4 – Destination Review & Feedback
