Project Description

Sherwood & Associates were retained by the trustees of the Alfred Beit Foundation to prepare a development and business plan for Russborough Estate. This plan addressed all development issues and is being used as a road map for the development of the estate for the future. The business plan was used as part of an application to Failte Ireland for development funding and a grant of €2.25million has been secured. Sherwood and Associates are currently advising on the roll out of this development plan.
