Sherwood and Associates were retained in 2008 -2009 as business and tourism advisors by the Office of Public Works. OPW is responsible for over 3,000 heritage sites in the State. Sherwood and Associates worked with OPW planning the redevelopment of a series of properties including;
- Castletown Estate
- Altamount House and Gardens
- Emo Estate
Castletown was brought to the most advanced stage of business planning. Failte Ireland were secured as funding partners.
